The Department of Food and Beverage Management aims to cultivate professionals with practical skills, creative thinking, and global perspectives. The curriculum is designed with two major modules—Culinary Arts and Hospitality Service Techniques—to strengthen core competencies and meet industry needs. Through modular courses, professional certification training, internships, and industry-academia collaboration, students gain real-world experience and employability. In addition, participation in professional competitions and international exchanges broadens students’ horizons and enhances their professional development, preparing them to become versatile talents in the global food and hospitality industry.
Future Development
The Department of Food and Beverage Management will continue to enhance professional education through closer collaboration with the hospitality industry, expanding practical training and internship opportunities. The curriculum will be continuously refined to align with global food service trends and sustainability practices. In addition, the department aims to strengthen international exchange programs and dual-degree partnerships, encouraging students to gain global experience and competitiveness. By integrating innovation, professionalism, and cross-disciplinary learning, we strive to cultivate forward-thinking professionals who can lead the development of Taiwan’s food and hospitality industry in the international arena.
